By submitting your artwork to Little Genius Design LLC for the 3D Printed Artwork Prototype Project, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

1. Eligibility:

   • Submissions are open to students up to 8th grade residing in Rhode Island.

   • Each participant may submit one piece of artwork for consideration.
      

2. Originality and Copyright:

   • The artwork must be original and created by the student submitting it

   • Submissions must not contain any trademarked or copyrighted material unless you own the rights to those materials or have obtained the necessary permissions.
      

3. Submission Requirements:

   • Artwork should be provided as a clear and clean photo upload of reasonable quality.

   • The image must be flat and unobstructed to ensure the best conversion to a 3D-printed prototype.

   • Only digital submissions through the provided form will be accepted.
      

4. Selection and Rejection:

   • We will accept approximately one dozen submissions.

   • Little Genius Design LLC reserves the right to reject any artwork submission for any reason at our sole discretion.
      

5. Prototyping and Results:

   • We provide no guarantee of the final results or the accuracy of the 3D printed prototype in resembling the original artwork.

   • The final prototype will be mailed to the address provided in the submission form at no cost.

   • The 3D-printed prototype may not directly match the shape, color, or texture of the original artwork. Modifications to the artwork may be made as necessary to facilitate 3D printing.
      

6. Permissions and Usage:

   • By submitting your artwork, you grant Little Genius Design LLC permission to post the original art, final prototype, and any intermediate stages on our website, blog, and social media platforms.

   • You also permit us to use the images in advertisements and promotional materials.

   • We will never sell your artwork.

   • We will not use images of your artwork without crediting the original artist. If no credit is provided on the form, the artwork will be credited to an "Anonymous Artist."
      

7. No Purchase Necessary:

   • Participation in this project is free. No purchase is necessary to submit artwork or to receive the 3D-printed prototype.
      

8. Liability:​

   • We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the 3D-printed prototype.
      

9. Privacy:

   • Personal information in the submission form will be used solely for this project and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
      

10. Modification of Terms:

    • Little Genius Design LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to submissions made after the date of posting.
       

By submitting your artwork, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
